My make up of the day 💜

I've taken a week of blogging, as I've been doing a bit of extra work and so on but normal service is too be resumed from today. I thought as its make up Monday I'd tell you about my make up I'm wearing today and some that are my make up everyday. I've nipped into town today to get a few bits and pieces nothing exciting really, so my make up wasn't anything special it was just a few key pieces.
Let's start with concealer so a few posts ago I did my holy grail concealer post, well I've found a new concealer that has seriously changed my life. It's the Seventeen Stay Time Concealer in Extra Fair, Yes extra fair! I'm skin tone Snow White and this is the truest match to my skin I have ever found. The coverage is incredible and it lasts all day which is an added bonus. It doesn't crease it's just superb and it comes in at just over £4 so it doesn't break the bank. If you're in the market for a new concealer get this beauty. Boots I give you a huge high five for this piece of perfection.
Sticking with face, I've started to use cream blushes as its spring/summer and I want that dewy skin look. I'd heard about NYX Boho Chic so I was like oh I'll give you a try. Ok,in honestly when I first tried it I thought this isn't for me as it had no pigmentation but I percivered with it and it's become so much more pigmented I don't know I've found a different way of applying it or it's just because I've got rid of the top layer but this product is the perfect preppy pink for making it look like you've just been out in the sun. It's the cutest pastal pink and it's become my go to blush for summer. It's about £5:49 and I had to order mine online but it's so so good.
Next we will do eyes. Quite frankly if I don't do my eye make up I look like a bush baby I have very big round blue eyes. So I love to make the most of them with my make up. So I use a nude eyeliner day to day. I flit between the Rimmel one and the Maybelliene Big eyes nude liner. But for the the Maybelliene one wins hands down the Rimmel is okay but I find sometimes it's gone with in 3 minutes I suffer from hayfever so sometimes my eyes water. But Big Eyes has amazing staying power and is super easy to apply. The only down side to the product is I don't use the black side unfortunately but maybe I'll try we shall see.
Next liquid liner not particularly exciting but I use the Rimmel glam eyes one it does the trick for me and has done for years I like that it's a brush applicator and not one of the hard tipped applicators as sometimes they get really painful towards the end of the product. I'm hoping this isn't just me that finds this.
Lastly for eyes, now I've made a post about my favourite mascara being Roller Lash. But last week Tesco Beauty we're giving out free Max Factor mascara so I thought oh I'll give this a try. It came yesterday so today was my first time of trying and I must say I love it. It gives amazing separation and volume. It's there false lash effect mascara. Also considering it was free it's a full sized production, amazing right?! But it's truly an amazing mascara for full fluttery lashes.
Lastly was my lip product of the day. So as you probably know I work for Lush. Recently they've released a new Lipstick range for the Oxford Street store. I was lucky enough to able to get one of the lipsticks and the colour I have is Affectionate. Today again was my first time trying this product but oh my golly gosh this lipstick is incredible. It's staying power is above and beyond and the colour is the sweetest pink you've ever seen. On application I noticed it had an blue shimmer which added to the sweetness of the lipstick.
Thank you for reading, let me know of any products you think I should give a try.

Feel Good Friday- Lush Frozen Bath Bomb

It's feel good Friday, exciting. Today I'm going to talk about one of my favourite companies and a company I am lucky enough to work for. Lush! I've worked there for 4 years and I love it. So imagine my excitement when I heard about the Oxford Street store. One product I new I needed straight away was the Frozen Bath Bomb. Now I don't keep it secret I'm a huge HUGE Disney fan. Frozen is one of my favourite films too. I'm a wicked fan so if you get the link why I love it we can be friends forever. Anyway so I knew I needed this bomb, so when I got the opportunity I jumped on.
It did not disappoint. So it's a beautiful pale blue with a deeper blue ring around the middle and covered in silver lustre. It's just so pretty! The smell is incredible it's grapefruit and neroli so it's lovely and uplifting. It shares its scent with Happy Happy Joy Joy conditioner. If you're not massive on glitter I'm going to say this may not be for you. You come out shimmering like Elsa. So what does this beauty look like in the bath?
There are just no words it's magical. I popped this in the bath popped on my Frozen playlist it's safe to say this bath bomb is a Fixer Upper. Unfortunately it is limited to oxford street but if you can get it do!
What's your favourite Lush product I love Snow Fairy and the Comforter! Let me know down below :)

Shoes again.

Today has been a good shopping day in the world of Collars and Frills. As I sit here in my new Rugrats Pjs thank you Primark. I thought I'd tell you about my new shoes.

So both pairs are from Primark and for the two came in at £18 bargain right?! I thought today wasn't going to be the best day due to the fact a pair of shoes I've been obsessing over on asos for a very long time went out of stock the day I was going to buy them. Is that the worst feeling in the world. But all was not lost when I went into my local Primark I spotted these two beauties and new they had to join my shoe collection.

The first pair are like a twist on a Leanne classic. It's very rare I'm not wearing Mary Janes they're my ultimate shoe. I just love the style and comfort they bring so these caught my eye straight away.
How adorable are these they have cute little cut out bits so they will look beyond sweet with frilly socks. But can we just stop and talk about the heel. The heel ladies and gentleman its GOLD. Now usually I'm more of a rose gold girl but this detailing just looks so classy on these. Best bit they came in at just £12 I'll wear them constantly as well. I also love that they're suede effect because is it just me that constantly scuffs patent shoes.
My other pair are a sky blue loafer. Truth be told I've been on the lookout for a pair of coloured loafers to go with a cream summer dress I bought at the weekend. Then I saw these. For the bargain price of £6. They're almost like a demin blue but I can see them being a wardrobe staple this summer.

All in all its been a pretty successful shopping trip for me at collars and frills have you picked anything lovely from Primark recently? Let me know in the comments.

Stila palette

I needed to blog about this desprately I couldn't wait until Monday. So yesterday I went into my local T K Maxx usually I kinda if and ahh about going in there but I was shopping with my  lovely friend becca and I came across what can only be described as the make up bargain of the year. I found a Stila In the Garden

pallete. This isn't even the best bit the best bit is it was £9.99 I was in shock and I was just like mine. I seriously resembled the seagulls from Finding Nemo. They had so much Stila and Elizabeth Arden stuff for as little as £3. My iffing and ahhing will stop now. Me and T K Maxx we can be friends now.
The packaging is just adorable only downside its magnet which worrys me slightly for transportation and the product is so pigmented and such wearable shades. The only one I'm slightly weary of is the blue I have blue eyes so I try and avoid blue but I may use it as an eyeliner.
Please let me know if you've ever got any bargains from T K Maxx.
